Facts:
Time of Ban: January 1st, 2022
Banning Admin: k5
Ban Reason: Overescalation bordering on RDM
Ban Expiry: Indefinite
Appeal Window: January 1st, 2023

Cause: I was playing Joe Jimbo in the bar, and he was getting drunk. When Kimberly made a passing insult at him, Joe got mad and shot Kimberly in the face.

Postmortem: I believe I was banned because I didn't properly escalate before pulling out the gun. The insults wouldn't have aggravated any other characters, drunk or not, into doing what mine did, and it was excessive escalation.

Pleading: I won't play my characters in a way that they snap from drunken banter to point blank murder in the future.
